For just two days, Saturday August 13th & Sunday August 14th, Oliphant Photo Company will be hosting a Headshot Special Event. Those who book a headshot during this event will receive a commercial headshot session at a discounted rate.

Session Fee: $299 $225

Your session fee includes one (1) high resolution digital file of your choice, meticulously mastered and retouched by Mr. Oliphant.

Additional files will also be available at the discounted price of $49 (normally $99).

 FAQs

1. What is included in the Headshot Special Session?

The Headshot Special Session includes, fifteen (15) minutes of shoot time on a white commercial background and fifteen (15) minutes immediately after the session to review and select your favorite headshot image. The session will take place at our Morgan Park studio. We do recommend that you plan to arrive fifteen (15) minutes early for your session - that way you have a chance to check yourself in the mirror one last time and correct any stray hairs, lint, etc.

2. What is included with the Headshot Special Session Fee?

The session fee includes a fifteen (15) minute photo session with Mr. Oliphant and one (1) professionally retouched high resolution digital file image of your choice.

3. What if I want more than one (1) image?

Additional images can be purchased for $49 (normally $99) during your image review (immediately after your session).

5. Can I bring multiple outfits? How many outfits are included?

Only one (1) outfit will be allowed per appointment time; you should arrive dressed and ready to be photographed. We understand that some people may want assistance selecting the best outfit to be photographed in, for that reason we are happy to review your outfits with you via email ahead of your session day to assist you in making the best selection.

6. What should I wear for my headshot?

It is best to wear solid colors, avoiding small patterns and pinstripes. That said, you should avoid shirts and blouses that are entirely white as they will not contrast well with our white background. For the fit of your clothing, we always recommend to avoid sleeveless and keep clothes as well-fitted as possible.

7. What jewelry should I wear?

We recommend that you stick with simple jewelry pieces that do not distract from your face or clash with your chosen outfit. If you would like assistance in selecting jewelry, we are happy to assist via email ahead of your session time. Jewelry should not distract from you.

8. Can I book a session to be photographed with my business partner?

Yes. However, for the sake of time and equity, we ask a few things. First, please keep it to groups of two (2) individuals. Also, each Headshot Special Event session only accounts for one configuration. So, if you need a group image of you both together, as well as individual headshots, you will need to book three (3) consecutive Headshot Special Event sessions.

9. How long will it take to receive my finished file(s)?

Since you will be selecting your images immediately after your photo session, we guarantee that you will receive your finished files within seven (7) business days.

10. How will I receive my finished file(s)?

Your professionally mastered and retouched file(s) will be delivered via emailed link seven (7) business days after your session.
