By booking a session with Oliphant Photo Company, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of your portraits on our social media platforms.

By booking your session with Oliphant Photo Company, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Tell me about your portrait sessions?
We will first conduct a free pre-shoot consultation to discuss your portrait needs. This consultation can take place in person or via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype. Oliphant Photo Company, LLC., requires all clients to sign a release. This allows us to promote our studio. During the consultation we'll take care all paper work and fees due. We will also discuss wardrobe, location and the overall mood which you'd like to convey.
A $350 (Location) reservation/session fee is due at the time of booking your session. This fee reserves your date and session an is non-refundable.
One week after your session. Your password protected online gallery will be available.
Do you sell digital files?
Individual digital files are available at $50 per file, or our Digital Buyout for $999.
Where are you located and do you travel?
Oliphant Photo Company, LLC., is currently accepting location session in Chicagoland and NWI. We will be opening up our new Studio/Gallery in the Miller Beach area of Gary, Indiana, Summer of 2025.
All beachfront sessions are photographed in the Miller Beach area of Gary, IN or any Chicagoland Beach Location.
How many pictures will we receive?
Your online gallery will consist of 40 to 50 images.
Do you photograph weddings?
Yes, we are currently accepting limited wedding commissions for 2025.
Terms
Oliphant Photo Company, LLC., reserves the right to use any photograph in any form such as, but not limited to, the use in advertising, reproduction, and copyright. All images are copyrighted by Oliphant Photo Company, LLC., even those you purchase. Copying, scanning or reproducing images is strictly prohibited. Print-screening images from this website is also against the law. All offenders will be prosecuted accordingly. Prices are subject to change without notice and are non-negotiable. Prices are guaranteed for 30 days after your session. Due to the custom nature of photographic products, no refunds will be issued. Reservation/Session fee is non-refundable, but may be used toward a future session within 12 months of reservation. By hiring Oliphant Photo Co., you agree to these terms.
